"Daniel came out and replaced the seal on the bottom of our garage door which mice had chewed through. Our door was 20+ years old so I expected the track that the seal went into to be outdated and it was, I couldn't even find it on Youtube, so a new track was required for the new seal to fit into. Parts and labor for this 8' metal track was only $50 in addition to the quote for the actual seal. I priced this out beforehand with competitors and I must say the pricing for everything with 1A was the lowest and very fair. I will definitely call 1A when needed again. Daniel...friendly, hard working guy with no upsell. Felt very comfortable with him. Could not have asked for a better man to help us out. Honestly. Thanks much! Rick"

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I could not have asked for a better team. They were friendly, professional and most importantly - punctual. They showed up at 8am and were done by 1 with a full entry door replacement and garden window replacement. Their work was outstanding. I was a little concerned with some tile we had around the garden window but they were able to cut the tile and put the new awning window in without any issues. They paid attention to detail so the finish work is an A+ in my book. I look forward to having them out to finish the rest of our windows."
