"This experience exceeded my expectations multiple ways. 1) I made a call on Sunday and got hold of technician. 2) I was able to schedule a service call for the next day to evaluate the installation and repair. Parts were required and were available. 3) I was asked if convenient, they would come back out and complete the job-the same day! 4) The repair and rehang of fence gates corrected the original installation mistakes by another company. 5) The price was under what I expected and represented a true value something rarely seen in todayâ s world. I would enthusiastically recommend the company to any and all."

He does quality work for a reasonable price AND at the end of every day, he asks if you have questions, comments, concerns or if there is anything he can do before he leaves for the day. "My job had many facets as I was selling the home. Dan bid all the work in a timely manner, handled all repairs structural and punch list on time and on budget. He documented all structural repairs with photos. Dan advised on how to proceed on repairs after the structural engineer had given his report. I had water damage that involved ripping the entire bath tub area and sub floor out with structural studs needing replacement. We never met face to face only by phone and email. Dan is honest true to his word and was a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again and again. My phone calls were always returned bids accurate and on time, job completed as scheduled."
