"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"Dan showed up at the house on time and was very professional. He fixed the leaky toilet upstairs(required a part) and then inspected the plumbing in the whole house. No major problems were found but I wanted it checked anyhow. He snaked out the drain int he basement and then took a look at the broken toilet. Upon close inspection he found the problem and offered me a few different solutions. One solution was to order parts to try to fix the thing. He did not recommend this because the toilet was pretty old and the parts/fix would run not too much less than replacing the toilet. He gave me a price on a couple of different toilets and said he could do the work the same day if I wanted to get it done. He needed to run back to the shop to get the toilet. I opted for the more expensive toilet and told him to go ahead and do the work. He came back 1/2 hour later and installed the new toilet. When he removed the old toilet he discovered it was bolted directly to the concrete in the basement floor and that some of the holes in the concrete were starting to deteriorate. He recommented repairing that and installing a flange.  I had him fix everything up and install the new toilet.Â
