Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They worked hard and were efficient at completing the project. They were well qualified to do the work assigned and did a great job. Two windows were removed and plywood covered the hole. No dimensions or layouts were given and the design was substandard (artist's rendering only so we couldn't tell). The countertops weren't installed until October. He quit around Thanksgiving having received most of the money and without informing us that he'd never ordered replacement windows. The cabinets he installed were smaller than we had before and we couldn't fit"
