"Wyatt did an awesome job. This was a major job. I had a water pipe break just under the house foundation. They initially believed it could be reached from the outside, but determined the break was just under the foundation. Because of this, they needed to break up the concrete floor in the basement at the outside wall. They carefully removed the floor molding and the wood boards before jackhammering a 2 foot by 1 foot hole at the edge of the floor at the outside wall. They were very neat and tidy. The broken pipe was fixed in less than a day. They then cleaned out many of the faucets and came back the next day to adust the water pressure and be sure all faucets were working properly. They kept us informed at all steps of the process and the cost was less than their estimate. We highly recommend Wyatt for your plumbing needs."

"Excellent service. I called late in the afternoon yesterday and they were here this morning. They fixed the sink, installed a new sump pump and pipes and added supports that I had not had before. They discovered an issue with the downstairs bathroom and fixed that also. They were competent, neat, and friendly. Would definitely recommend them."

"Kitchen drain had been gurgling for months. That didn’t get my attention but when it stopped draining…well time to act. Ivan listened to my problem, took a look and gave me my options. As requested he tried to snake the drain but couldn’t get the snake to advance. Got a smaller snake with the same issue. The snake came back with rust and sludge. Well kitchen sinks are rather important so i gave the OK to replace the stack. Note that I live in a century home with 100 yo cast iron stacks. I nearly fainted when he showed me how the rust and sludge had narrowed the stack’s diameter to the size of my pinky. Through all of this Ivan answered all of my questions, kept me informed and gave me time to think which I very much appreciated. Would I tell my friends and neighbors to use Mr. Rooter? "Neatnicks arrived on time. Started to work right away and did not let a minute go to waste and did all this work in record time. I can't say enough for this company and the two gentlemen that did all the work. When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. Most workers would not even care if I had to change it soon or not. I would recommend these two guys and the Neatnicks company to anyone who is looking for a company that does a great job and has caring people that do the work. Adam is coming back soon to replace a door bell that has not worked in a long time. So yes I will use this company again for other jobs that need doing.  <br>"
