On the install day he text me to let me know he was on the way, was on time and did the work. Had drop cloths down to protect the floor, cleaned everything up and made sure all the pilots were lit for gas appliances after the job. He even troubleshoot an issues I was having with the furnace and it fired on the first try following. Great guy, great value, and perfect service!"
