They also did a great job installing new light fixture in bathroom. They cleaned up area nicely after they were done. I will definitely use him again!"

I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. "Timothy Hadley is absolutely wonderful! He came to the apartment to pick up the television and brought it to his location to be inspected. He got us a quote within a day, as well. I loved that before he even came to get the tv, he checked to make sure it was worth fixing. He is very honest and forthright in his dealings. Within a day, he had fixed the television and brought it back in perfect working order. He then took our speaker equipment and fixed that as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has any kind of electronic repair. He is a great person, both professionally and ethically. Overall, between the tv and the speakers (which are both very expensive equipment), we spent $1000 but it was as far less than it would be to purchase these things brand new. Timothy is a class act!"

I called on a Saturday, Shai came a few hours later, performed the service, explained what the issues were and the next day he called back to ask if everything was doing well. Where do you find service like that? I can say without hesitation that anyone who gives a bad review to this company is either a competitor or someone who wants to damage this company on purpose because you cannot find this type of service anywhere.
