"Based on reviews I read about Bau Services, I decided to hire him to clean the carpet in my living room, small office area, 2 hallways and 1 bedroom. Moreover, I was glad that I did! Every step of the process he explained what he was doing. He started by vacuuming the entire apartment, after doing that he pre-treated every surface and then worked that solution into the fibers with a bristle like broom. Bau uses the best cleaning solution in the deep extraction carpet cleaning machine. Who does this: Bau does, every step of the way during the cleaning process, Bau would stop to show me his progress to ensure that I was happy; which I was. I am pleased to say that my carpet through the apartment looks brand new. I'm a happy customer and I unequivocally recommend Bau Services."

"The marble countertop of our our master bathroom sink had been etched in areas and the finish was uneven.  Jay refinished / re-polished the countertop and it looks like the day it was installed.  He also cleaned up and resealed the tumbled marble on our shower floor, and re-grouted the area.  I wasn't expecting much as the tile had seriously faded since its installation in 2008, but Jay brought it back to looking like new as well. <br /> Jay responded to us the same day that we contacted him.  He had an opening the following day and completed the work in one visit.  To say he is prompt, professional and talented is an understatement... he clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. <br />"

"I contacted Stanley Steemer to clean a area rug in my basement. The technician came and inspected the rug. He suggested that it be removed cleaned at their facilities. There was an incremental cost increase but the technician and I worked through that. I was told the rug would be ready in a week. Called Stanley Steemer after a week and asked them where the rug was and they said it usually takes two weeks. Didn't hear anything from them after two weeks. Finally received a call at the end of third week saying carpet was ready. Delivery was fine. I would have given them lower scores but I don't want to be a total jerk about it.  My major issue with the company was the responsiveness. They need to communicate with the customer. Also the receipt I received clearly states that payment is due after the work is completed. I was charged immediately that day which gave me little recourse in the situation. <br />"

"Purchased regrout deal on Angies list, Glenn called me half hour after purchase, set up appointment for week after. Came to house 9:00 in morning worked through till work was done. I had a few shower wall tiles that were lose and I felt water was probably leaking through, that is why I decided to regrout. I showed Glenn the tiles that were lose, he found about a dozen more that were lose, he removed all the lose tile and cleaned behind them and put them back in place. Glenn regrouted the whole shower and I was amazed, the shower looked brand new. I was going to spend a fortune and redo the bathroom, but I sure am glad I just decided to regrout. Glenn knew what he was doing and he explained the whole process. I highly recommend him and will be calling him for future work. <br />"
