I have grown used to experiencing many associated problems but Phil's concrete co. was a pleasant surprise. I had Phil re-do a fairly lengthy section of exposed aggregate concrete driveway, replacing most with same and some with pavers. From our initial contact to our first meeting to the job start and up through job completion, Phil was always professional, knowledgable, courteous and--actually unusually punctual for his industry. He definitely has a lot of integrity, is very fair, and his subs seem to be nice guys who respect him. Overall, I would give the experience 4.5-5 stars due to some minor product mismatch which was really out of Phil's control and some minor cleanup issues he will probably resolve-but I have every reason to believe most jobs this company does are 5 or even SIX stars.
