When we decided to move forward with Bob's Home Repair, he scheduled us about 3-4 weeks out. He called the next week and said he could fit us in much earlier. He contracted the work out to a man ( I can't remember his name) who spoke very highly of Bob and his business. The man was very friendly and did great work. He was thorough and polite and made sure to communicate with us about what repairs he made. He gave us some pointers in regard to the repairs that will be very helpful when we replace our roof down the road. He had to use a roof jack because our roof is very steep and there is not much traction with our older shingles. He sealed up any holes that he had to make to install the roof jack. He made sure to answer all of our questions and was pleasant to deal with. The dormer window now looks better than it did when we bought the house 8 months ago. <br />"

"Buy shower needed repair on the grout. I called and spoke with their scheduler she was very friendly and someone was scheduled to come out within a week. They came out to my house and gave me an estimate and matched my grout color. Within a couple days they were backed out to repair my grout. The gentleman who repair the grout was very professional and friendly the repairs took approximately 30 minutes. services were paid for at the time of the repair. I would recommend their services."

He met us at the store Friday afternoon, picked up the materials at the store Saturday morning and delivered them to our house..He returned the following Tuesday to begin work. <br /> <br /> Mark is a craftsman. It has been a long time since I have dealt with someone who takes real pride in his work. Mark does that. He truly enjoys what he does and this is apparent by the result.. <br /> <br /> He installed the countertops first. My husband had requested a beveled edge on the countertops and Mark did an excellent job. He then installed ceramic tile for the backsplash. Mark suggested he install it diagonally (The tile was diagonal, Mark wasn't). <br /> <br /> The diagonal tile is really stunning..We would not have thought of it had he not suggested it. We love it! <br /> <br /> When installing the hardwood flooring Mark was just as exacting and precise as he had been with the countertops and ceramic backsplash. <br /> The floor is beautiful.
