"Rogers roofing representative Rob B. came to give us an estimate for replacing our roof. He was the 3 third and final roofing sales person we spoke to. While others measured and walked around the roof a little and then gave us a general quote, Rob went into the attic and crawled from one side to the other taking pictures and then went up on the roof, and made a video which explained and documented the damage we had - much of it caused by poor ventilation in the attic. He took the time to explain and show us options for fixing this issue when a new roof was put on. I believe the other companies would have either ignored the ventilation issue, or surprised us with a large up charge after tearing off the shingles. We appreciated Rob’s thorough estimate and the time he took to explain everything. We also appreciate knowing the true cost. We feel confident that the work will be done well, and take comfort in the solid warranty Rogers Roofing provides."

We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem.
