"I will not use him again.also it was not under the name you gave me."

"Great work ethic, dependable and reliable. Highly recommend."

"Dalton renovated our kitchen (demo, hung cabinets, wall repair, custom trim, electrical work, some plumbing) and did some other smaller jobs throughout our house as well (helped fix a sticky door and replaced an old lock, hung shelves). He’s respectful, reasonable, arrives on time, is a clear communicator, and most importantly, he does quality work. Dalton was a motivated and creative collaborator and helped us solve problems that arose in the course of our renovation. He was invested in our project and brought a variety of skills and expertise. We plan to hire him again as jobs arise and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to a friend."

"Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. They make sure to do things the right way as well, which I appreciate."

"Mr.Wilson has done multiple job at my house, he amazing honest the only home repair person I will ever use."

"I highly recommend Floyd and sons for any project you may have. They were timely, professional, competitive and extremely easy to work with. I hired them to remove an old double glass door. The door was no longer functional and outdated. They had a custom door made to perfectly fit the existing build out. The new installation was a two door single motion exit door with windows. They installed it and painted it to perfectly match my building exterior. I even added a small entry ramp for deliveries and they handled it perfectly. They did so good I immediately hired them for another small job I had on my list."

"Joe came by to give an estimate, of our siding repair. It was a small job, so he fixed it while he was here! Great work at a good price."

"Steve and Dwayne were very knowledgeable, kind, and took extra time to get the job done correctly and they pointed out other problem areas on the home that needed attention. They also fixed a panel of siding that had blown partially off. They were personable and knew how to do the job correctly."

"Brian did a great job of selling the project and a decent job of completion. There were several delays and he missed the deadline significantly but I believe in supporting small businesses so I tried to be patient. When the work was mostly done except for touch up and any warranty items, I made a big mistake and paid him the second half of his large contract amount. He has been next to impossible to get back in touch with (will not respond to emails, texts, or calls) and when I do catch him I get empty promises. Do NOT pay him until he is 100% done including all warranty items (including painting the areas where the paint was thin upon drying) I found out the hard way. Learn from my mistakes. I actually have several other projects I was hoping to have him do but I cannot do that now!"

"He was very nice. The price was right. He did a wonderful job. He was on time. He texted me the day before to let me know. He text me as he was coming. It was the best experience I ever had with a handyman. Thank you sending him to me."
