They quite responsibly told me that this might be outside their expertise and suggested I call a contractor. I called one and emailed another, but couldn't get someone to come out. It seemed a little high but then I lack a frame of reference and it might be average. The person who came out to estimate thought it would require one type of repair, but Paragon wisely sent Paul, a supervisor, alone​ with the workers, and he discovered that another type of repair would be better. The workers were pleasant, tidy and did an excellent job. The office staff is also exemplary. They are there when one calls, and I appreciate the responsiveness. Another thing I really appreciated was the fact that they were able to do the job on a Saturday. This was overtime for them, but with very little leave available from my work after an operation and family issues, it was a godsend to me."
