"Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up."

"The experience was phenomenal with this contractor. From the start they came out to give me a free estimate to replace my roof, their estimate was cheaper than the competitors. Other competitors putting on a lesser product were charging 15 to 35 % higher than elite 4 roofing and remodeling. They came out and finished the roof in one long day and did a very nice job cleaning up. Afterwards you could not tell that they were there other than the new beautiful roof. The workers that came out were very pleasant and professional answering any questions that I had. I have recommended them many times to family and friends. All of those poleple i have recommended elite 4 roofing and remodeling to have been very pleased with thier workmanship and customer service whether it is a roof, siding or any other remodeling needs. "Basement Remodeling just completed our basement remodeling project, on time and on budget. We couldn’t be more pleased! We investigated other remodeling companies but chose Basement Remodeling after our discussions with Eric, in part because we believed we could count on their expertise in handling the inevitable quirks of renovating a 70 year old house. Our project (and budget) was probably fairly modest when compared to many remodeling projects, and Eric offered suggestions for inexpensive problem solving (rehanging existing doors, for example) rather than trying to upsell us on other, more costly solutions.
