My driveway needed a specific piece of machinery; so they used their subcontractor, which was excellent too. F&M came back 3 days later, backfilled, mulch, and seeded the bare spots, then a rep came by to check on the finished project. "We moved into a new home in the Spring of 2018 that needed new flooring throughout. We visited Ultimate Flooring Design Center a couple of times and worked with Dave. We decided on carpet upstairs and in the basement, and LVT throughout the main level. We also needed our banister's sanded/stained to match new flooring. We were very worried about cost since we just bought a new house, but Dave worked with our budget and made us feel very comfortable with the process. The job took a couple of weeks to complete being the project was huge (5000 sq/ft house). A couple of small issues arose (a damaged tile from COREtec, doors not shutting properly because of high carpet, etc), and Dave and his team fixed everything quickly and with obviously no extra cost. Dave also came out for a final walk-through to make sure everything was satisfactory to our needs. Dave and his company were a pleasure to work with and I've already recommended them to everyone I know needing flooring! Super efficient, professional, and talented."

"<p>After some due diligence, I hired Double K to do the demo and site work for my house; and to manage the site on my behalf. The house had been wrecked by fire and so it had to be taken down and rebuilt from scratch (i.e. with new foundations). It was very substantial contract and they delivered very professionally. Their knowledge of the requirements, paperwork, follow-up was solid. In fact on several occasions, they were instrumental in expediting the process (esp. with power and gas reconnections). Their prices are not the lowest but are commensurate with the quality of their work; thus the A rating (you don't want to compromise on quality).</p> <p>Midway through the rebuild, there was an accident that happened on Double K's watch that involved some inadvertent damage to my pool. Double K acted fairly in the situation and reimbursed me for the damage. I felt this important to mention because the true test of a firm arises when things go south. But Double K passed it.</p> <p>Overall, they are a very fair, professional, knowledgeable and reliable firm that I would hire anytime for a major project. </p> <br />"
