"After seeing roaches in parts of my house, I called Ecocare to get them out there to take care of the problem.  I also signed up for their Homeshield plan.  Upon arrival, the technician informed me that he was not seeing any signs of infestation - the bugs were most likely coming from our neighbor's attached home.  However, he still provided the treatment for the roaches, and the company did so without any additional cost on top of the Homeshield plan.  The technicians arrived when they said they would, they worked very efficiently, and explained to me what they were doing and why. <br /> They also went well above and beyond what they were hired to do.  While they were there, my storm door fell off its hinges.  The two technicians removed it, carried it through the house, and placed it on the back porch.  I was extremely appreciative that they were willing to do so. <br /> Since they were at the house, we have not seen any living creatures inside that do not belong there. <br />"
