"Went great. Tech found an ant hill in yard and killed it. Sprayed exterior of house and yard...bait inside...he will be back next month for follow up treatment."

"I had the absolute best experience with Sophie's Pest control. After we installed a fridge water dispenser, by drilling holes in the wall, we ended up w/a roach issue. My roommate didn't think a natural treatment would work, but Sophie and her colleague Q knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional, and I like that their products are non-toxic as well as scientifically based. They took care of the problem and I have been wanting to write a review! I wish their company all of the success in the world! Women AND locally owned, kind and professional! They really and truly heard me out, patiently heard my issues and were then VERY thorough, and stealth may I add! *Q saved the day w/the fridge coils! They really took time and explained things to me. Leading up to the visit, they were also extremely helpful, answering my questions about the process. Thanks again, Sophie, Q and Jeri, for making our homes and places of business safer, cleaner and without pests. Stress free solution!"

"The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Looks like the bug ( oriental beetles ) are under control."

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Best pest control company that Iâ ve used. He is very response, completes the work quickly and absolutely stands behind his work. If I see a bug and call he comes right away and takes care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this person."

"Who ya gonna call? Definitely Rodent Busters! Burak responded right away. Julio came out same day and sealed everything up! No gimmicks with monthly programs. No rodenticides. Just seal up house and set traps. They also came back to check traps few weeks later. We've tried many companies over the years and these guys got it done on first try! Responsive, customer focused and effective! Highly recommend them! We are very grateful for problem solved!!"

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"It was a preemptive treatment because one of the owners came down and did like a little inspection of my whole place. So he recommended a simple preemptive treatment because there were issues of termites; subterranean termites and boring beetles. The termite problem had actually come up to my fire access door so they applied the treatment downstairs and he had to remove mt fire access door and frame. While they were doing that, they discovered that the problem had actually spread to some parts of the exterior wall so they also helped me with that. They replaced some of the wooden beams in my wall and the flooring also. I'm glad that they found the problem and we fixed it. I liked what he did for me and he did a great job. Based on what I heard from neighbors and friends, their quote was very reasonable. They are not cheap but they are not expensive."

"Sophanna did a treatment at our place for pest control, and he was very prompt, helpful, and gave us right instructions to prep before and after the treatment. We have not seen a single roach after the 3-round treatment was completed. Extremely satisfied with the service!"

"They contacted us right away to schedule the service. They were punctual and courteous. We had to phone the company before they began work because the technician was not able to provide details on the pesticides they use. We asked for that information at the time of scheduling and were told that the service technician would be able to provide. In the future, we would ask for MSDS sheet before the day of service."
