I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. "You call them and they say they will be there, you know I figured it would take a couple of days for it to get done. But by the end of the day I had a new hot water heater. It was all done. 

They came out that day, and looked at it and said you need a new water heater. It's this part, replacing this part is too much and you should just get a new one. I figured it was going to take days, and we had hot water by the end of the day. It was just like"Were done now", and i was like really. 

They were nice, and polite. They cleaned up their mess, and were kind of just all you wanted those people to be. 

They are a pretty well known and established name around here. They have been around a long time. You pay a little more for the name, they could be cheaper. But you are buying reputation so you pay more. I don't feel like I over paid, but I could have went with someone else for less. I don't think like that is a criticism, but I feel like I got what I paid for. If something goes wrong I will call them again.
