I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Mike and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition. We determined that in order to prevent squirrels doing further damage that the nearby tree had to be trimmed back. To my satisfaction, Shaw was equipped to offer this service at an additional reasonable price. I appreciated that either one or the other owners was at the job site throughout the project. Clean up was excellent, as was communication with Shaw."
