"Downspouts from gutters and sump pump discharge were extended and buried under lawn to divert water out to street (away from our foundation). Materials used for drainage was heavy duty PVC pipes (not corrugated plastic tubing), we are confident it will last and not collapse or degrade over time. It is also attractive (at least as far as gutters go), as they used proper fittings to match up to existing downspouts. Used green plastic 'pop-ups' at the exit points which blend into yard and are positioned such that they can be easily mowed over. Lawn was minimally disturbed, they saved and replaced the grassy chunks where possible, and reseeded the rest. Very pleased."

"The men came back the next day to complete the repairs to our well pump. They surveyed again what the problem was and communicated with us the whole time. Upon our permission they would complete that repair. We found this company to be very professional and the men were very accommodating and personable. "They continually followed up and afterwards, there was a few problems that we have that they took care at their own expense. They weren't problems due to neglect, just problems you couldn't have foreseen until the job was actually completed. We found out that we did have to put in an extra sump pump which they gave me at cost. They did the work and didn't charge us for labor, which I thought was really fair. The whole system, the waterproofing, the quality of the air, and everything in the crawl space is fantastic. It's great."
