"Very happy with this company. We had about 500 sq feet of hardwood floors that were in dire need of refinishing. Estimator came quickly and on time. Quote received same day and was very reasonable. Scheduling for the job was less than 2 weeks out. Crew was punctual, courteous and skilled. We had some questionable black marks on the wood floor that the crew were able to remove saving us money by avoiding stain or board replacement. Overall, we’re very happy with this company and would definitely hire them again!"

The entire process was made so easy for us with the way the team communicated and delivered on their committments. We receive so many compliments on our kitchen even from designers. When we decided to remodel the upper level in 2023 we used Imperial again and they were able to match our lower level custom flooring exactly amd also complete a custom staircase refinish and install of custom stair rails and ballisters. When they were finishing the final touches on the stairs Matt the owner asked what were our next big projects for the house amd we were in the market to have someone refinish the upstairs bathroom and he was able to hit a homerun and made a huge transformation of a 1970's bathroom to a modern showpiece.
