"Unless you're wealthy and throwing away money is what you're into, then I'd say AVOID Matrix Basement Solutions at ALL costs. They'll give you an incomplete project plan, then attempt to bilk you for thousands upon thousands of dollars more. I'm out over $60,000.00 and I have a less than half completed basement, which is only 400 sqaure feet. Addressed concerns with Matrix and they show zero concern, they could care less and are laughing all the way to the bank. Shameful business practice, not to be trusted. Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well in hopes others do not get taken advantage of like I did."

"I had a roof leak around our chimney which was attempted to be resolved by several roofing companies with no resolution. Exterior Arts, LLC provided a quote, selected a date for the repair, and promptly finished it. The water leak is gone. Exterior Arts, LLC has done two other jobs for us in the past, rebuilt our deck and installed new composite siding on a bay window that we have. They did an excellent job on these projects as well."

This is the second time they have undertaken a major project at our house; two years earlier they renovated our kitchen and two baths, installed new windows throughout the house, and painted the interior. They and their employees are not only true craftsmen but also genuinely nice people. They arrive on time as promised and work steadily and hard throughout the day--in this case working outdoors all day in the summer heat and humidity.
