"Very well. I was skeptical at first but Mr Miller put me at ease by sending his information and was very transparent. He said he would be at the location at a specific time, and was. Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."

"Good salesman but didn't deliver on original time frame or quality of work.  Began work in November but did not finish with last job until April. Soffit is buckled in a few places.  Flooring contractor delivered pre-finished oak instead of unfinished oak as we had requested. Oak flooring had many knots in it.  Don't think they let the wood sit long enough in our house before laying it because it is beginning to warp a little.  Had major issues with grouting of tile work.  Upstairs ceramic tile floor not grouted well and had to ask twice for contractor to grout missed spots.  Today there are still some places where the grout is missing.  The worst headache we have is the shower tile.  They had to regrout about 4 times due to cracking and using different colors of grout. We had to call them back again today because the grout is chipping, cracking and coming out in the corners, the base and around the drain.  They say their work is guaranteed for 5 years so we will see.  We are concerned about moisture and mold due to cracks and missing grout if this is not fixed soon.  With all this said most of the people we dealt with from Braswell were very nice and professional. I was mistakenly copied on a text message one supervisor sent the owner where he was cursing about a message I had sent him regarding something that needed to be fixed.  They did throw in some extra work at no additional charge that was nice.  We have heard back from the owner and a supervisor and are being told they will have all our issues corrected so that we will be satisfied. <br />"

"It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

"This is one of the BEST contractors I've Ever worked with in 20 years. Brent and his team were amazing. I interviewed 8 or 9 different roofing and gutter companies . Christian Roofing was the only one that mathematically and correctly addressed the inadequate ventilation on this hip roof. The installation was inmpressive: A crew that's worked together for many years; the Foreman and Job Capitain are the perfect complementary balance of new school / old school as one has a GA Tech degree and the other has 35 years hands on experience; they brought a port-a-potty with the dumpster; they did not use kick boards - which make additional holes- but were roped in; and they left the job site- my home- clean! The synthetic roof felt, shingles, vents were all high quality GAF materials with a long warranty. As important of an investment as a new roof is, I am just so glad I found these guys. Rarely do I write reviews but 'simply had to after a job this well-done!"

"I sent an email on the weekend and received a response the next morning. The provider let me know they do build garages but were unable to complete mine as noted above. The responsiveness was much appreciated! <br />"

"Dale is a delight to work with. Likes to talk and tell jokes - the type you groan at, lol. He always answered his phone or called back. He showed up on the days he said he would show up, at approx. the time he said he would be there and worked hard. He had a new helper with him and was in the mode of teacher/instructor and was very good with his crew. My attic has lots of angles and quirks. He was up for the challenge and conquered all of the obstacles with good form and excellence. I think it took him a little longer to finish than he expected because of all of the challenges, but he said not a word about it. I added a little bit of additional work on the first day and he was reasonable with the extra charge. In fact, once he gets free, he's coming back to do more work on the house... <br />"

"They were very good. We had had another estimate on that and they had quoted us $6000, so they were lower, but the work was really good. I found a picture of what I wanted and they more or less did everything the way we wanted. We got to go and choose the tiles and everything so it was a good experience. They weren't disruptive. They came and did their job and while they were here there were a couple of other things we needed done in the bedrooms and one of their painters did work on the sheet rock and the painting. So we were really satisfied with that. The quality was very good. The tile work was beautiful. We had one little problem with a toilet and one of the plumbers came out right away and adjusted it and it's working fine now. It was easy to communicate with them, it was done by email. They always came back when they said they would. I would use them again because we're thinking about doing our kitchen so we might call them again."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Union Point, GA

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
