"Raj had to fix what contractors left undone or incorrectly undone. He created a new custom door saddle and had to cut the exterior and interior exit doors and did a fabulous job. In addition, he finished carpentry work on my basement window which was also left undone. He custom made an interior waste trap door. Finally all doors were painted. All his work was performed excellently and neatly. He came up with thoughtful solutions. We negotiated prices. Raj was very reasonable in making adjustments to the cost of the project. I like his work so much that I hired him for a separate project. His work is superior and I feel luck to have found a contractor that was willing to repair what the first contractor left undone.
