"Not very well. The sales rep was good. The workmanship not good. The door fronts were not painted well. Most of them had to be taken off and repainted. Still after that, they were not 100% and bother me when I look at them. The lazy susan door was incorrectly put on and another person had to redo it. The person who did the tiling for the backsplash admitted that he had not done that pattern before and watched a U Tube video to see how to do it. The spacing was not even. The grout was not properly cleaned. For weeks, I was cleaning grout off the tiles, and the caulking was places where it shouldn't have been. The grout mixture, when mixed in the kitchen, splashed on to the bottom of our refrigerator. It left a mess, which the person applying the grout denied doing. It was extremely difficult to remove from the stainless steel. A different person had to come back and clean it. Where the grout and tile met the corner of a wall, it looked awful and a second person came out to try and fix it. After making it look minimally better, we were told that the painter we had coming to paint the kitchen afterwards, would have to essentially make it look better. The painter was only able to do so much and commented on what a bad job the tiler had done. I have tried several times to fix it with paint. It still looks bad. I could detail other quality issues, but I believe you can understand what we went through with this company. I have pictures, which I sent them, of the poor painting job on the cabinets and the tile mess. For the cost and quality, I definitely would not recommend them."

He demoed the old tile and kept the place as clean as possible. He suggested putting under cabinet lights in, and he did that also. He was fantastic at putting up my rather difficult tile.
