"This company is obviously nationwide and hires local contractors.  I trusted Agies List that all contractors are licensed, bonded and have background checks.  This person was a handyman and not qualified to wall mount, conceal wires, add electrical outlet.  He  spend five hours in my home, for a job that should have taken two hours and left the area in a disaster.  The TV was hung close to the ceiling, the wires were hanging down from the TV, and the receiver was sitting on top of a plaster box because the cord was too short.  He was obviously not qualified to install TV wall mounts.  I have photos.    As soon as he left, I called Best Buy Geek Squad.  They were able to come out the next day and mount the TV professionally.  I have used the geek squad in Virginia and they are highly qualified.  They charge more than this nationwide company but you get what you pay for.  I called Angies List the day after the disaster and said i did not want to rate this company but I wanted to talk to a manager. No one called me to apologize. I have cancelled my membership.  Do not use this company unless you can be assured that the local contractor is qualified and is licensed.  You should never let anyone into your home that has not had background checks.

"Did a nice job on installing the glass shelves and mudding and repairing wall where shelves were.1 light switch works, telephone doesn't work. Couldn't replace thermostat- tech let me know the electric connection was different and I would need an electrician to make the change."

We are a full lawn and landscaping business. Mowing service we can invoice once per month, or you can pay as service is completed. All employees are highly trained and experienced in lawn & landscaping. All employees have had a criminal back ground check and drug screened. We are fully Licensed & Insured. "It went very well.  Tony is very responsive, courteous, and goes out of his way to make things convenient for the customer.  Not only is he very competent and thorough in his work, but he also  did a lot of the leg work, picking things up at the electric supply store, returned a couple things that I had incorrectly purchased there in my own trips prior to hiring him, and even went there on my behalf for a bed lamp that needed a new contact.  He disconnected it, brought it to the store, took a trip back to the store a week later to pick it up, and reinstalled it for me.  Tony could have applied a trip charge for each of the many visits he made to my place but didn't.  He also took the time to explain options, solutions, and even gave me a bit of free schooling in electrical work.  I highly recommend him and his business.
