Small jobs welcome

"Mike arrived on time and began work immediately. He removed old wiring and installed all new wiring and conduit and repaired a few down spouts at the same time. He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. They always call back, confirm appointments and follow up on their work. All of their techs are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. I feel their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for all your needs."

"Great pricing for a last minute weekend job. I'm disabled and going through a divorce and absolutely could NOT paint that room with all the other work I needed to do on the house. Jermaine did a great job and kept us right on our selling timeline."

"Fantastic. Jonathan knows what he’s doing, very precise with measurements, and has a wide range of abilities. So friendly and personable. He helped transform our new build house into a finished home. He is able to install many things, curtain rods, ceiling shower rods, heavy mirrors, heavy art work, and now is tackling adding wire rack shelves in our closets. Next up some Ikea cabinets in our laundry, and painting our garage. His prices are up front and very reasonable. He is licensed and insured. We feel he is quite a gem to have found! Would not hesitate to hire him again and again. He is very positive, eager to work and does excellent work."

"I'm an Interior Designer and needed a Handyman since my contractor was unavailable. Harry called a few days before to confirm and verify my client's location and services. Arrived 20 minutes prior but did not charge for that time. I needed assistance with hanging drapery hardware, 14 mirrors all over the house, picture frames, blinds and moving furniture. He did an excellent job and consulted with me prior to finalizing any of the projects. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend and definitely use their services again."

"Joe was the only handyman I contacted who was willing to do the job I had; I guess the job was "too small" for everyone else. What he realized (that the others didn't) was that a job may seem small, but it's important to the homeowner - especially if the homeowner doesn't have the skill or time to do it on his own! I really appreciated his willingness to help. He had a big project going on, but he was able to fit me in between that. He was very responsive and professional. He did a great job on reversing my french door. I'd hire him again for other jobs."

"John and his son Brian completed a full kitchen remodel at our house. It was a fairly big project including removing a wall, closing up a window, flooring, cabinets, appliance install etc. They were both able to do all the work themselves, not needing to hire subcontractors as was the case with many of the other contractors we spoke to. The work itself is of great quality, the job took a little longer than expected but they both made sure it was done to perfection. We would hire them again for future projects."

"Brad and his team installed commercial grade monkey bars in our backyard. My husband and I had originally planned on doing the install ourselves, only to realize we were in way over our heads. We contacted Brad and immediately felt at ease by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He asked many important questions about the project and told us what needed to be done to ensure this was safely installed. He and his team did a wonderful job with install and cleanup. The project involved pouring concrete and I was nervous about there being a mess, but Brad came prepared with tarps and everything was well protected. He even worked around our aggressive timeline and had the project completed in less than a week from when we first called him. Brad is very conscientious and takes pride in doing a great job for the homeowner. I would hire him again with anything in our home or property."

FAQs for handyman service projects in Unionville, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
