We also hired Dave to relocate our front door to the front of our home and add in 2 windows. Dave and crew did both beautifully. The 1 big room looks amazing and the finish work of sheet rocking, tapping, floatings and texturing look awesome!!! My super picky mom even said it looks good (major score there). The front door and windows are so cute and are ready for me to start decorating. I am not going to say this project was without hiccups because this is construction and that is impossible. "Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."
