The service person (Chuck) was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a cleaning instruction sheet for future reference. He also showed me how the back of the seat pulls off so you can clean behind it. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me that when it was installed. Having said that, I am happy with the service I received from Jacuzzi. "

"Al rebuilt my porch during the pandemic. All went great. There was a window to be replaced that didn't come in before the work was completed. Al called me when it came in to schedule installation. It was now during the height of the pandemic. I was concerned about keeping an older parent safe so asked Al to wait to install the window. He was very agreeable to what made me comfortable with the situation. I called him a couple months later and scheduled the installation. He came and installed it. I'm very grateful that during a difficult time he respected my views and rearranged his work schedule. Will definitely hire again."

We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a large, 8-week project. "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
