Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. "First, Bob stopped by with an estimate at the agreed upon time. Then, within a few days we scheduled the work.  He arrived on time and started right away. He worked with the back porch ceiling fan light first. This very old fixture was ancient however Bob took the time to disassemble and installed the new ceiling fan. He is very meticulous at his job. Then, he worked with installing track lighting in the dining room area.  The track lighting is beautiful too.  Lastly, he worked with replacing the back porch light located outside.  He had to use an extension ladder to reach the light.  He completed all jobs within about couple hours.  Bob was very personable and professional.  He remained focused with the jobs. He is skilled at his job. 
Bob did a terrific job! Great job!  We will hire Bob again in the future.

"Everything went pretty good. We had a few hiccups but it didn't bother us because we were not in a hurry. The project started on Oct 16, 2017. It did not really get completed till right before Thanksgiving which was Nov 23, 2017. The installer, Larry was very good and very nice. Dale personally came out to the house AT LEAST once a day if not 2 or 3 times. He really watched and managed our project, which really put us at ease. He is very much a perfectionist and stands behind the products and his work and will not have the project complete until everything is done to the utmost standard. Dale also called and emailed us to keep us up to speed with what was going on. We absolutely love the finished product. Since we were not familiar with what to do, Dale walked us through this step by step, explaining everything in detail. I changed some of my original colors the next day and he was happy to make the changes since he had not ordered any of the product yet. He has been doing this a long time and it shows because he really knows what is going on. Yes, I would definitely recommend Dale, Larry and the entire company to anyone looking to have this type of work done. They were recommended to me by a friend who was also VERY happy with their work. Please realize they are probably not the cheapest, but in the long run, I feel like they were the best bet for our money because I know the job was done right and I do not have to worry about anything falling apart or being sub standard. Since they also do windows, I had an issue with one of my windows (which they did not do) and Dale personally helped me and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. Just another plus for this company."

"Estimate was made promptly and we ag
reeded with the reasonable price. Work was scheduled and the workman showed up promptly. The shower pan was cleaned and coated the first day as it had to dry before the glass enclosure could be installed. Another workman showed up on the scheduled day to install the glass. This went well but the door was the wrong size and had to be reorded. When it came it was installed promptly and the job was satisfactorily. The owner installed the door and made an adjustment in the price for the first door being the wrong size. We were very happy with this company's work and would use them again.
