Within a day I received an email with a quote that was comparable (even a little more attractive) than the other half-dozen quotes I had received. I checked references and reviews, and decided to hire them to replace my 20+ year old roof. I was advised that the final cost could be more depending on how much wood repair was needed. I was also advised that the cost was higher due to the cost of wood (pandemic). I needed a start date delayed due to my schedule, which was to the company's advantage. They began exactly when I needed them. Charles even assisted in moving the RV out of the driveway. Demo of the roof was complete in one day. The rest of the work was done efficiently, and crew cleaned up each day leaving the house looking neat. Inspection was easily completed, and work completed in approximately one week, with Charles answering phone calls with questions and assisting as needed. I would highly recommend Hoyt for product, cost, and quality of workmanship."

"Overall they were quick to respond, set up estimate, and once booked was able to perform work within a few days (after 72 hour contract signing). Francisco was very up front and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the repair work were very nice and answered any questions I had. Couldn't asked for nicer people. Their customer service skills were top notch as well as the work they performed. My only reason for 4.5 stars was they were a little bit late but not drastically and I had to call the office to make sure they were still going to show up. Again once they showed up they got right to work and did a wonderful job. I've already given their name and number to a friend of mine for her to get an estimate on her house. If I need more work done or once I need a complete roof replacement, I will be calling them."
