"Mike was very professional and kept in touch with me via email regarding the delay in setting up a time to do the work -- weather was causing a back-up in his schedule of completing jobs.  Regarding the work, I'm no expert but can simply say he and his crew did the work as described in the estimate and it looks good.  They also noticed some issues that were not in the original estimate, but I knew of and had forgotten to ask him about (porch roof separating from main house, loose siding) -- he addressed these as well with not much of an additional charge.  I can just say he was easy to work with and communicate with, the work looks good, and the price was acceptable -- all good things in my book.

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "We had inspections and estimates from four highly rated companies appearing on Angle's list and on other sites. Each provided a bid for the same work with similar or identical materials, and found a high degree of consistency among the bids. All four diagnosed the problem as requiring the replacement of the entire roof for the best and most lasting outcome and they proposed nearly identical steps to do the job. All recommended replacing two skylights along with the roof, adding ridge vents in sections where there were none, and noted the likelihood of needing to replace plywood decking in at least some areas. However, Paragon stood out from the others by virtue of the thoroughness of the initial inspection, including dozens of photographs from the exterior and interior (attic), and the care with which the proposed work (both foreseen and potential) was explained, described, and justified.
