"Hot water heater sprung a leak 11:30 at night. Was up all night cleaning up water and surfing the internet for help. Found DSJ along with several others. First plus, Mr Jarvis answered the phone! No answering machine or automated voice! We made an appointment for 4:00 that afternoon.
