"This is the third time we've used the Temp Rite guys to install a ductless AC system in our old house. They always do a great job. We barely had to do anything more than point to where we wanted the units installed and they figured out everything else without needing any additional input. They showed up on time on the days of the install, and stayed until almost 10:00 pm the second day to make sure everything was finished up. The install quality was great -- everything was straight and true, and neatly covered up. This was not an easy install, as they had to pass the interior pipes through a ceiling and several walls to get to the outdoor unit. They even found a convenient place to install the drainage that I had not even thought of. We ran the units for a month after the install, and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely use them again -- their guys have great attitudes, are hard-working and polite. Highly recommend. <br />"

"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

"I received the system on time, set up was fairly easy. Activation support was superb and in the month since the alarm was activated it has worked flawlessly. I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."
