"Fully remodeled 3bed 1 bath home into 3bed 1 and 1/2 bath. New roof, new HVAC unit. New kitchen and added a half bathroom to the main level. "Fantastic experience with a responsive, highly skilled, professional team. We initially contacted LFC to redesign a half wall/counter in a basement kitchenette area so we could remove and replace an old refrigerator. Tony listened, assessed the situation and came up with a very creative and cost effective solution for our problem. They cut back the half wall and kept the counter by carefully cutting it and installing a hinge so it could swing up and down. To save on flooring costs, they used extra carpet and tile that we had and blended it in. We were so pleased that we had him come back out to look at the recurring rotten wood problem around our front door entryway and our garage door. Tony suggested cost effective, non-wood materials, and a custom design by his carpenter to preclude further water erosion. Both projects were completed in a timely manner by a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work. The level of detail in the intricate carpentry work is exceptional."

"It was a pleasure again working with Yosuary Diaz and his team on our unfinished basement renovation. We hired them before for whole house interior painting. I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt. Diaz and his team rebuilt everything from the sub-flooring, new walls, and plumbing...and other major infrastructure that is not always thought of. We love our new basement with a complete bathroom! "I had two bathrooms remodeled and a small one built in the basement. I interviewed 4 prospects; Sam came, understood my vision, and was able to provide a great price. We discussed my vision thoroughly and Sam sent me to a couple of places that he worked with to find items I was interested in. I was able to find the materials I wanted to complete my project and then some. The workers were awesome. My lead installer was Daniel, he was more of a perfectionist than I was. He understood what I wanted and asked questions each step of the way. I loved working with Daniel and his partner 'little man'. My advice to home owners: First, know what you want. Take the time to have a vision, do not leave it all up to the contractor, especially if you are of different ethnicity, your vision will never be the same as the contractor. Second, if you can afford it, do some pre-shopping if you want specific items. One of the reasons Sam and I worked so well was because I purchased specific items I had envisioned in my bathroom. I did not leave everything up to the contractor/designer. Third, talk to the installers (workers) and Sam as the remodeling is going on. Each night take a moment to walk through the area and annotate what you do and don't like, no one is a mind reader nor can they catch everything. Forth and most important, if you receive a price, budget 10% - 15% more. Even on the HGTV shows the homeowner more often than not has to pay additional costs because you never know what will be uncovered during demo or what you will want as the renovation gets on the way. Build that buffer in, if you don't, then don't blame the contractor when the costs increases. Finally, if you have a specific taste and don't pre-shop then be prepared to see the cost rise. Take ownership of your project. In the end you will be more happy with the final outcome. I plan to use Sam again when I am ready to do the Kitchen. Wandra Arnold"
