They were able to flexibly arrange a short and easy estimate where they showed up on time and asked some great questions about the project (which was installing new vinyl flooring in our basement den). They were very responsive in sending the quote and setting the project date. The two team members who did the work were awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and very easy to work with. The Sales Manager, Jeff, came out the following day to give me an estimate. After he gave me an estimate of the flooring I wanted, and where I wanted the work done, I compared pricing with 2 other estimates and contacted Jeff, again. We picked a date for installation. Jeff came the morning of installation to introduce us to his team of workers. After an 8 hour day, I would like to share with all of you my text with Jeff after the team of 5 or 6 young men left. Jeff, your team did an OUTSTANDING job, today. You will have to stop by to see how great the kitchen and laundry room floors look. He committed a full day of effort to the project and demonstrated genuine attention to detail throughout.
