"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"The window replacement crew was very efficient. They were careful not to disturb anything inside or outside the house. They explained the installation process very well and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. And I love the new windows!"

"I just had my roof replaced by Home Genius Exteriors, and I couldn’t be happier. The initial presentation and inspection were phenomenal — super detailed, honest, and easy to understand. They kept that same level of professionalism all the way through the project. Great experience overall. The installation crew arrived right on time, worked tirelessly, and completed my entire roof replacement in just one day. After finishing, they thoroughly inspected and cleaned the area—front, back, and even my neighbor’s property. The workmanship was outstanding, and their customer service was honest and straightforward. Pricing was fair, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you need roof repairs or a full replacement, Home Genius Exteriors is the company to call. I highly recommend them."

"Charm City Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean and neat afterward. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and I feel confident knowing my home is well protected. I highly recommend Charm City Roofing to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch roofing services!"

"My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."

"We had New Image replace the roof of my parent's home. As we were in the process of selling, we needed the job done quickly. The company did a fantastic job responding to us immediately and providing us a very fair estimate. They really did do a great job on the roof and I couldn't have been more pleased. They ensured the area was cleaned up afterwards so the yard was left in a good condition. I would definitely hire them again if I needed a new roof and I would highly recommend their services."

"Chevy Chase Remodeling did an exceptional job replacing our roof, gutters and dry wall repair. Steven, the owner of the company, took the time to explain the whole roof replacement process. After meeting with many roofing companies we decided to go with CCR because of their honesty and integrity. I was really impressed with the crew that installed our roof. They were here for 5 days working 10 hour shifts. I would highly recommend CCR for future home improvement projects."

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Skyline services and would used their services again (next assignment already lined up). I’m very pleased."
