He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great.
