"Roger was very responsive and easy to work with! The guys showed up on time answered any questions we had and got the work done quickly and well. Our new roof looks great and in all the big rain storms recently it has stayed dried. We have no more leaks and would definitely suggest working with Charm City Roofing for any roofing and siding needs. Thank you Roger for all the help in getting our leaking issues repaired."

"Beautiful roof and the workers were courteous and picked up all residual trash. Definitely a must hire company."

"The service was thorough, I was given a free estimate and timely response concerning the contract. We all got on the roof and looked at the issues together. The challenge I had with choosing this contractor was that they do not offer financing. The quoted price was $26,000. To be clear, they we're going to allow a portion of the total amount to be paid off over time, however, The expectation was for us to come up with 10k+ upfront for materials. After receiving a second opinion, another contractor was going to be able to do the same work for less money with financing available. I don't think there was anything dishonest about their estimate. The cost they quoted me for repair was simply not in my budget based on their financing terms."

"He did a great job. He was on time and completed the job in one day. Cleaned up after the job and installed new gutters."

"Amazingly well. All questions answered pre and post quote, team showed up on time and finished early. Couldn’t ask for more courteous staff and professionalism . Highly recommend. We spoke to other roofers but very glad we went with Mackay - especially given their commitment to timelines."

"Restoration Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. On the day of the estimate, Jose came to my house with the estimate already in hand along with an aerial roof report. Jose went over the estimate and report and I immediately felt comfortable with him. His crew was great and they did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who needs a roof replacement!"
