It is now dry with the help of my new sump pump, and my Sedona keeps my humidity in check. I also had my bowing wall anchored. It was a source of anxiety to my home and business. "The first time I called Action Plumbing was in January 2012 when I needed a valve replaced where the water pipes enter the house. Kent took a look and was unable to complete the project because I needed to have the city turn the water off. Did so, then called him back, and he came to try it again but found that the problem was actually in the service line itself and we were going to need a backhoe service. "We have been using A2Z for the last 4 and a half years, since we moved to Iowa.  We have always been extremely happy with them.  We have a service contract with A2Z for all the seasonal services on our furnace, A/C unit, and a humidifier that they installed on the furnace.  They have also removed a broken water heater and installed a brand new one, have fixed a broken switch on a gas fireplace, checked our sump pump to make sure it was functioning properly, and fixed several small plumbing fixture issues.  Several different technicians have done the work for us, and they have all been very professional and friendly.  We have used their emergency service as well, when our A/C was malfunctioning during the hottest part of the summer, and their response time was same-day.  We constantly recommend A2Z to friends and co-workers.  Their service contract is a really good deal, as it includes the services/checks on the items covered, and it pulls their emergency call rate down to their normal work rate (not time and a half).  We definitely recommend A2Z!"
