"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Steve was recommended by a friend and stopped over the day I called him.  He was very friendly, had his roofer with him and gave us an estimate, emailed the contract the next day.  Before we signed, my husband had an accident.  Steve visited us in the hospital and told us he would start that week.  We signed Monday and crew started working Wednesday.  They were careful of our flower beds and cleaned up each night.  They were done early Saturday and the waste container was gone Monday morning. "I had a great experience using Steve Grant construction.  I was replacing my front door.  Steve did everything from pick up my door selection at the store to adding the trim work after it was fully installed.  While removing the old door and frame he found some of the support had some decay and rot, so he took the time to replace and re-support the area before installing the new door.  I am very satisfied with the quality of work and price for the services rendered.  I would definitely recommend him to a friend."
