"The bathroom install was done so professionally and the installer was just great. He went above and beyond what I asked him to do. I asked him to remove a towel bar and I would handle patching it and painting it and he patched it for me. I also asked him to hang a cabinet and after hanging it he made sure it would stay up by adding a couple more screws. I would recommend them to anyone needing a bathroom remodel. They go above and beyond what you expect them to do. Definitely worth the money."

"Justin at the Kitchen Place is awesome. he worked on us for our kitchen design, and although we were looking at several different companies to use, we chose KP because the price was comparable to Lowe's and we wanted to support a locally owned business. It did take a really long time to get the design done with them, which was part of the reason we looked elsewhere for comparative pricing. But-- Justin was super, super helpful and sent pictures and links and other info to help us make decisions about things in the kitchen. <br /> <br /> The ordering went smoothly and everything was delivered as promised. <br /> <br /> The Kraft Maid cabinets have much to be desired in terms of quality, but that is no reflection on TKP. The cabinets we received had a faulty finish that peeled off or could be scratched off with a fingernail. Definitely NOT ok. We called TKP and they came out with the Kraft Maid rep and looked at the problems. They then helped us coordinate having the defective doors (all of them) replaced, free of charge. I would never purchase or recommend the purchase of Kraft Maid products again, but I would definitely go to TKP for another brand. There was also an issue with the sliding trash bin... and again free of charge, TKP came out and replaced the whole bin with a different unit. Now THAT'S customer service! <br /> <br /> Overall, the customer service was excellent and they were very, very prompt once we had the order placed. Justin has also been very responsive. We have gone back to get countertops from TKP and since we had to let our kitchen contractor (installer) go for poor workmanship and the inability to meet deadlines, we're also working with TKP's kitchen installers. I'll review those separately, once the work is completed."

Their price for the cabinets can't be beat!  Excellent quality and reasonable price. Cabinets are not the particle board junk found at your local big box store. Drawers are dovetailed. "He used the best hardware in the cabinet that could be obtained which is what I wanted. His carpentry work on the shelves was exceptional. The only issue I had at all was that I thought I had contracted with him to do a staining, the inside and outside. He did not stain the inside but there may have been a miscommunication. I am not sure that I can fully blame him for that."

"We tore out our entire bathroom, floor to ceiling. We had an idea of what we wanted in cabinets and based on a recommendation from a decorator asked Clyde to provide a quote. His quote was WAY less than any other quote we received. Clyde came out and measured and provided a quote in no time at all. Then we had all the other work done, floors replaced, shower, walls, soffit removed, etc. The final touch was the cabinet installation. Clyde was on time and ready the day we needed him. Not only had he matched our existing wood work color perfectly but the cabinets were/are beautiful. His attention to detail was amazing. Our contractor was so impressed that he asked Clyde to help him with all of the wood baseboards and crown molding. Clyde graciously agreed.
