Once roof was ok'd, the company stayed in contact to set up the replacement date. The materials were delivered a few days before replacement, and all went as promised on replacing the roof. A project manager was on site to discuss any concerns. Plywood was placed in front of Windows to protect them during tear off. The work was completed in one day. The debris was removed completely. "It was really professional with the scheduling and everything. The main chimney sweep and his assistant showed up right on time. They were prepared to work. They came in checked the interior, went up to the roof and checked the exterior. Turned out the chimney was a little more degraded. It's a prefabricated fireplace and is about 40 years old so its due for a repair. They went through the full inspection and everything. About a week later, sent me a quote for a replacement if we wanted to do that. All in all it was a very thorough job."

He offered to give me a quote for the chimney repair, while also taking care of the yellow jackets. Two weeks later the same technician was out to repair my chimney. It’s been a month now since I first called, and no more yellow jackets and the work on the chimney seems top notch. Will see how the chimney holds up with time, but I’m not expecting any trouble. He advised a vent needed replaced so it would not leak and that the office would call...was expecting the call and the replacement (not counting parts) for free since it was a $175 call and all they had to do was replace one shingle. The worker was great, but no follow-up and price way too high to replace a single shingle when I was expecting a new vent installed as well for that price. The worker was great, friendly, no problems at all with him, just the cost and follow-up from the office and company."
