The company representative came within a couple of days exactly at the time he quoted, and spent as much time as we wanted examining the roof, explaining the details and products available. We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it.
