Called for a quote day after 4th of July and he came out 2 hours later, communication was outstanding. Completed our concrete patio the following Tuesday which exceeded our expectations. He and his team were very professional, exceptional quality work, was able to make unforseen adjustments ( ran into a buried tree stump and had someone out within 30 minutes to grind it down), lawn and driveway protected, clean up was amazing. I would not hesitate to hire Ramirez Construction in the future or recommend to family and friends."

We had major sewer repair Feb. 2022; city wanted us to replace sidewalk ASAP, under recommendation of landscaper, had to let soil settle before work could be done. "They responded to our call promptly and had a quote within days.  The work was scheduled shortly after that and done in one day.  They made certain the concrete was level with the garage floor and sidewalk.  They also filled the spaces between the concrete pads with a filler to help prevent further washout and made recommendations for work that we could do to prevent further problems in the future (work that they do not perform).

"Lee is the best, hands down.  I own a rental property in Ferndale and the city requires an inspection of the fireplace every two years.  Lee is the only person I have ever used and he is always on time, super friendly, always does  a great job cleaning the fireplace and then cleaning up.  I've also used him for the random one off repair like patching broken concrete steps and also patching around the foundation of my brick house.

"The Angie's List Company name is shown as JB Professional Chimney & Masonry Services. The President is Sean Harrington and the name I made the check to. Sean performed the service on one of our rental properties. He was punctual, and took great care to insure no soot or debris flew onto the flooring or walls - KUDOS! He had some very hi-tech equipment and performed the service very well. Upon completion, his camera showed a clean flu, a clean fireplace and the structural shape of the Chimney. A report was made and reviewed and a hard copy with pictures was promised but never delivered. This is the only reason I gave them a B instead of an A for responsiveness. A repair was suggested but did not think it was necessary at the time. I will revisit this at our next appointment. I would recommend using this service for all your fireplace needs."
