"Avoid! Capital?s quote was significantly more than others but they stated it was due to ?quality? of work and reputation. Lies! The project (yard drainage, pavers) took months and is still a full mess! Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"

Igor's Construction was born out of a IGOR's Siding, registered by the owner in 2003 in Philadelphia, PA, initially specializing in remodeling and siding installation or removal. As the company grew, adding up years of experience, our area of specialty expanded accordingly. Realizing that while covering different areas of the construction business, the need for a change of name became more appropriate. As the economy of our country began to struggle, so did the homeowner. "Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."
