Their work is outstanding and they are very amicable to work with every step of the way. I have dreamed of having a flagstone patio in back of our home for the past few years. When we were ready to have one installed, we went to the Tucson dealer with flagstone on site, chose the color, and asked about installation. They referred us to some local masonry businesses. After meeting with and receiving quotes from a couple, we hired Borja. Mr. Borja was great to work with. He listened carefully to our description of what we wanted. He gave us lots of helpful information about the project, asked us questions about exactly what we envisioned, and was very professional and pleasant in all of our contacts. He kept us well informed each step of the way and always asked if we had any questions or concerns, striving to make sure everything would be just as we wished. The work crew took great care to excavate and prepare the area, checking the slope for drainage as they progressed. We enjoyed watching them place the â puzzle piecesâ to create a beautiful and sturdy patio. The finished patio is beyond our expectations! "I felt pressured/rushed into signing a contract. I had asked for an estimate, and when the gentleman showed up, he wrote out a contract instead of an estimate. The pricing for the removal of 3 concrete and rock steps, installation of 5 brick steps and 2 handrails was ridiculously high but I wasnâ t given a chance to shop around. The contract didnâ t break down material costs, labor costs or taxes. It was a quick installation of the steps but shoddy work. The bottom step fell apart within the 1st week, causing my 83 yr old stepdad to fall. This company subcontracted for my handrails. There was a complete lack of communication between this company and the rail company. It took over 6 weeks to complete this simple job. . The railings were installed after 4 weeks. While it literally took all day to install the rails, they did turn out quite nice. Also, I was promised replacement bricks in case of chips or breaks in the future and still havenâ t received those. All things considered, I donâ t think I would recommend this company."

We added to the project with hardscape and plants. The crew removed trees, bushes and even transplanted some. Topped it off with fresh stones giving us a clean beautiful back yard. We will have Louis back very soon to beautify the front yard. Louis is easy to work with. His experience and knowledge made us very comfortable allowing him creative design.
