Contacted company by phone.  Sales person called to set up appointment the day.  He arrived and we discussed my options and made a selection  of the new door from catalog. Old door was a one piece metal door in a 2 car garage.  The new door was a multi-section insulated special order and it was determined that the existing opener was adequate. 

Approximately 2 weeks later the installer called to set up an installation time.  It was necessary to move a cabinet and over head shelf prior to his arrival.  The Installer arrived at the scheduled time and was able to start work immediately.  Installation took one man about half a day.

The door operates and looks outstanding.  I plan to paint the door to match my existing house trim color this week.
