"My husband and I had 7 windows replaced. We had a great experience with the purchasing and installation of the windows. The sales man (Ron) was very knowledgeable. The installers were super professional and accommodating. They arrived-on time and ready to work. The windows were installed quickly and everything was cleaned up before they left. However, they did notice there was an issue with one of the windows. The noted it and made sure that a replacement part was ordered right away. I did take a few weeks to get the part in but once it was in they came right out and replaced it. The installers were Charles, Brandon, Scott, Robby, and Luis. The windows are great and I love them. The only issue I have with the whole experience is the back office. I had to call multiple times and got very little response. I had to do a lot of leg work so they could get paid for the windows, when all I needed was someone to send me one piece of paper to sign. I shouldn’t have to work as hard as I did to pay someone. Overall, I am very happy with my windows, and the installers more than make up for the back offices shortcomings."

Quality work and contractors - price range within dollars of two other bids. Price went up when we realized I needed to pour new concrete - which, for many reasons ended up being a bonus but it did drive up the price considerably. They offered other options to the new concrete as well."

"The work was performed well by Eric. My sole issue was the inclusion of a same-day charge of $150 for the work performed. I may have missed hearing that when the office said they have someone who could come to the house in late afternoon. I paid the invoice withe the same-day charge."
