"All I can say is that I only use William Birchard remodeling. I use to bid out work and found that BJ and his team gave me complete bids and explained fully any possible areas of concern that might require additional work and the cost to perform that additional work. When BJ and his Crews come in, they start then they say the will start and finish either a little ahead of right on the pre-established schedule agreed upon. As far as design guidance and assistance, his interior designer Jen is amazing. She listens to what you want, designs what you want and gives you amazing spaces. Do yourself a favor and call William Birchard remodeling for your next project."

"We had Brooksaire come out to diagnose and repair on non-functional old self-contained Rheem 3 ton unit the cools one sectrion of our house. We had had our usual company out to diagnose the unit, which was cooling only sporadically, and they could find nothing wrong in two separate service calls--they said probably the unit was getting so old it was overheating and that there wasn't anything we could do to fix it. Brooksaire found a bad connector (the cause of the intermitttent cooling) and a cracked fan blade. They came back the next day (a Saturday) and replaced those, and added a pound of coolant (which the other company had said we did not need) and now the old unit is working great even in the recent very hot weather. Also: they returned my original call within a few minutes, were able to come out to diagnose the next day, and completed the repair the following day. They are great with phone messages and also send confirmations of appointments via email (promptly) which is very reassuring. From what I've seen so far, they are a terrific company, and I plan to use them for all heating/cooling service and repair. One other reviewer mentioned that Brooksaire was able to quickly diagnose and repair a unit that another company had been unable to repair; it's because of that report that I called them, and I had an identical experience. So far: the best!"

"The project was a built-in pool with an outdoor kitchen.  Pool builder recommended contractor for kitchen construction.  He added a 300 sf addition to rear of house to match existing architectural details of the house.  He also built an outdoor kitchen with grill, side burner, and sink.  Approximately 100 sf of granite was used as counter tops.  The work was done quickly and when finished it looked like it was part of the original construction.  His crews/subcontractors are very courteous and respective of the owner property.  They realize that this is someones home, not a construction site."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Vail, AZ

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
